How does Solid Debit Card work?

Solid Debit Card is just like a credit card, only there is no credit involved. Just like a pay as you go phone, you need to put money onto your card before you can use it. It is not a debit card that is linked to a bank account or credit card, you just load it with your money and go - it's easy. Use your own money to purchase over the phone, Internet, or other places where only "credit cards" are accepted.
The money you put on the card sets the limit for how much you can spend. So you get access to your money, without the risk of going into credit card debt.
Without doing an ID check your card will have a balance limit of $1,000. If you submit a 100 point ID check, your limit increases to a balance of $25,000. You may spend and reload your cards balance as many times as you want per day and month. All cards are linked to their very own bank account (BSB and Account number). You can add funds to your card above the cards balance limit through a direct deposit or via online banking. This money will sit in your bank account in an area referred to as an E-Wallet.
